About this space
PHOTO / VIDEO - Our soundproof Blackbox space is designed for photography and videography, featuring a 40' x 40' x 17' multipurpose Black Box studio with a movable white cyclorama wall. Additionally, we provide a private office, kitchen, and lounge area for your guests.
The rental base price includes access to the white cyclorama, two c-stands, retractable power cables, and sandbags.
For an additional charge, we offer color gels, a flash system, props, paper backdrop rolls in black, grey, and white, various cloth backdrops in different colors and patterns, extra stands, tripods, cameras, lenses, dolly, gimbal, jib crane, and more. Marley floors are also available upon request.
In addition to our equipment offerings, we can arrange craft services, provide hair and makeup services, and even offer the option of a photographer or videographer. Plus, we have in-house audio recording studios.

The rental customer is responsible for taking all measures necessary to return the studio and support areas (lounge area, kitchen, and bathroom) back to the condition as it was found at the start of the rental period. If any of these areas are left in an unsatisfactory condition. We reserve the right, at its discretion, to bill the rental customers for any cleaning or repair work deemed necessary and performed by the studio staff, including the cost of materials, to return the studio and support areas to satisfactory condition.
Outside catering can be allowed, but the rental customer has to remove all leftover food, drinks, boxes, and garbage from the building as well as clean all areas where food was served. If excessive garbage is left over we will bill the client additional cleaning and garbage removal fees.
Health and Safety Procedures and Protocols:
• Do not come in if you are feeling sick and/or have a fever.
• Enter and exit the building at designated locations only.
• Restrooms: Most importantly, everyone should take responsibility for using a toilet seat cover, cleaning and disinfecting before and after each use, including wiping down handles and knobs, and sink area after washing hands. (gloves, cleaner/disinfectant will be available).
