Rules of the space

Host rules

- The venue will not be responsible for any food or beverages brought into the venue by the client or any of the client’s guests or invitees.
- Calista Ballroom reserves the right to modify/change the venue’s fixtures and decorations at any time.
- The venue reserves the right to conduct normal business up to 30 minutes prior to the start time of the event.
- All food, beverage, audiovisual and miscellaneous charges are subject to additional charges that will be added to the final bill.
- All displays or exhibits, if any, must conform to the county fire code ordinance rules.
- The venue will not allow affixing of anything on the walls, floors or ceilings or the room with nails, staples or tape of any kind unless approval is given by this office in writing. In the event this is done without our authorization and any damage is suffered, the cost of repair/ and or replacement will be billed to the client and client assumes full responsibility to pay these damages.
- The venue can’t assume any responsibility or liability for any articles forgotten, received, stored, and left in the hall.
- Client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance or serving the event and for any damage done to the venue or any person as a result of the event.
- The venue reserves the right to exclude or eject any and all objectionable persons from the event on the venue’s premises without liability. Client will conduct the event in an orderly manner, in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue’s rules.
