About this space

The Hub Event Venue is an event space in Sententia Vera Cultural Hub that features an open, flexible layout adaptable for meetings and workshop-style sessions.

Design: The space has high, pale walls, terracotta tiled floors and an arched circulation route that creates a series of connected zones rather than one enclosed room. The layout includes mixed seating, area rugs and track lighting that produce an informal, work-focused environment.

Features: The space includes venue-grade Wi‑Fi, a PA system and speakers, and an option to play your own music or bring a DJ subject to the venue's noise restrictions. The room receives natural daylight and is served by air conditioning.

Ideal for: Small teams and community groups are best suited to workshop-style, conversational meetings that make use of flexible seating and breakout zones.

What sets it apart: A step-free guest entrance combined with accessible toilets and full wheelchair access makes the space unusually accessible for community-focused hires.

Warm, inviting home like environment. The team that helped us was very helpful and kind.

Building was a little musty/smelled a little. It had rained all day and is an older property so it makes sense.
