Host rules

• All Parties/Events must end by 10pm (including clean up)
• No smoking in the building
• BYOB is allowed if nobody under 21 is in attendance and no hard liquor is served. For hard liquor service, a licensed and insured bartender must be hired.
• No Loud music
• No Removing any art from the walls
• No Illegal Activity
• No Drug Use
• No Animals
• Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
• We have a speaker system for you to use for music. Do not bring DJ equipment or outside speakers into the space without WRITTEN PERMISSION from staff, we will ask you to remove it on the spot.
• No confetti or glitter
• Set up and break down must be within the time booked***
• Furniture may be moved, with the exceptions of the large table bench, and display shelves. Any moved furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
• All ages are allowed in the space
• There are no tables and chairs available outside of our farm table and bench. All other rentals will need to be done so by the renter and must be removed by the end of their rental period. If you need to have the Staff meet the rental company to accept rentals, there will be a $100 fee and you must confirm the rentals are paid in full, or you are there to meet the rental company at the time of delivery for payment. Rentals may not be delivered prior to rental period unless previously agreed upon and may not impose on other renters.
