Down the hall, the converted garage serves as a game room with entertainment options.
The home offers four flexible bedrooms:
►Primary Suite: King bed, en-suite bath, direct pool access—excellent as a VIP retreat.
►Second Bedroom: Two double beds, bright and versatile for group accommodations.
►Third Bedroom: Queen bed, good for shared stays.
►Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed, small and versatile, good for an individual or a couple.

1. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early/late check-in or check-out must be approved in advance.
2. Guest Agreement
Primary must sign the rental agreement before accessing the property.
3. Pets
Up to 2 dogs (max 50 lbs each).
$150 non-refundable pet fee applies.
Pets must be supervised, cleaned up after, and kept off furniture and out of the pool.
4. Smoking / Vaping
No smoking or vaping inside the home or anywhere on the property.
Violation incurs a $500 fine.
5. Quiet Hours
Community quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Please respect neighbors at all times.
6. Events & Gatherings
All events, parties, or special plans must be submitted in writing and approved.
Unauthorized events may result in cancellation without refund.
7. Pool & Outdoor Area
Use pool at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.
No diving, running, or glass containers near the pool.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Pool heating available on request (fee may apply).
8. Security & Safety
Only registered guests allowed unless approved in writing.
Exterior security cameras monitor front & side (no indoor cameras).
Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
9. Parking
Park only in designated spaces/driveway.
No overnight street parking.
10. Kitchen Use
Use appliances responsibly.
Clean up after cooking.
11. Trash & Recycling
Place bagged trash in outdoor bins.
12. Damage & Loss
Report any damage or missing items immediately.
Guests are responsible for repair/replacement costs.
13. Community Rules
All guests must comply with HOA/community guidelines.
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
14. Children & Accessibility
Parents/guardians are responsible for child supervision.
Baby gear or accessibility needs must be requested in advance.
15. Prohibited Items / Activities
No fireworks, candles, incense, or open flames indoors.
No illegal substances or firearms on the property.
