Designed in 2016, our residence flawlessly merges the charm of the past with the luxuries of today, embracing a seamless fusion of timeless charm and modern comfort.
The front entrance welcomes you with a touch of Spanish Colonial style, featuring an antique Persian gate leading to a picturesque courtyard.
The main part of the house awaits through Mexican-style doors, revealing a minimalistic and modern rear section. With walls of windows, a polished concrete floor, and a sleek, ultra-modern kitchen, you'll enjoy breathtaking views from every angle. The spacious and comfortable living room grants access to a media room, offering a cozy sofa bed, an ensuite shower room, and a bar. The ground floor also boasts a study adorned with book-lined shelves and courtyard vistas.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and private decks that showcase the magnificent view. The master suite is a true oasis, featuring a built-in king-sized bed, a luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and separate his and her's basins and dressing rooms. For more privacy, you get an extra cabin with a loft bedroom, an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom on the first floor.

This is a very relaxed, low-maintenance home with few rules. The covered floor areas are of seagrass which is not very forgiving with regard to spillages so I would ask for caution, especially with red wine. The only strict rule is that this is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Our property will not be rented to any group/event that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our neighbors and thus final approval of any reservation only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence that neighbor rights and house rules will be respected.
