The venue has a large open floor plan, flexible seating, and layered dimensions, contributing to a magnificent backdrop to fulfill the vision of your dreams.
Upon entering into the large ballroom, you are in awe at the “Grandeur" chandeliers, beautiful floors, and large dance floor. There is an adjustable lighting system, to set the mood and create the experience intended. Every intrinsic detail of Essence Event Venue & Lounge has been specially designed so that your event will be celebrated in GRANDEUR STYLE!
Essence Event Venue & Lounge continues to make a footprint for our clients in Atlanta and its surrounding areas. Upon entrance into the venue, you will be awed by the beautiful ceiling chandeliers, modern glamour, and beautiful floors.
There is a large dance floor area located in front of our stage that is able to host a band, DJ, wedding participants, etc. The venue spans 10,000 square feet, the ballroom makes up for 7,000 of the total square footage. We can comfortably accommodate 700 guests standing. And 350 seated.
Essence Event Venue & Lounge also provides a list of preferred vendors to our clients to make your event special. We have preferred vendors such as DJs, photographers, an in-house decorator, and a luxury transportation car service. Our venue also offers bartending services.
At Essence Event Venue & Lounge, you never have to worry about parking. Our parking lots are able to accommodate hundreds of cars for your guest's convenience. Our mission is to ensure our client's satisfaction with their event experience.
