All food and drink must be provided by a caterer pre-approved by Wandering Tree Estate.
Wandering Tree Estate only books events 12-16 months in advance.
You are not allowed to enter the house - Wandering Tree Estate is an outdoor venue.
No smoking or vaping allowed on the property.
BYOB is not allowed; however, liquor may be obtained and served by pre-approved caterers with liquor licenses.

Situated in North Barrington, Illinois, Chicago residents are within a drivable distance from the city and suburbs. Wandering Tree Estate presents a destination event venue close to home.
Comprising ten acres of exquisitely landscaped gardens, a four-acre lake, and an internationally recognized Garden Railway and Model Railroad Museum, it is suitable for any of the following events: weddings, corporate, and celebrations of every description.
Wandering Tree Estate is unique in another regard. It presents multiple locations for each type of event within its gardens. For example, our clients have chosen many of the following options to stage their event: Weddings in the Grove, in front of the entrance to the Japanese Garden and "everywhere" to celebrate a holiday, reunion, and summer meetings of every description.
