About this space
The studio features a fully operational photo studio setup, complete with complimentary WiFi.
You'll find a variety of color backdrops to choose from, catering to different creative needs. Additionally, there's a private dressing area designated for models to change outfits, along with a clothing rack and steamer.
A full-length mirror is available, along with a makeup area equipped with a styling chair and table.
The space itself is a blank canvas, ready to adapt to your requirements. You can enhance the atmosphere with a Bluetooth speaker for music and utilize a folding table for snack arrangements.
For your convenience, there's also a mini fridge on hand. If desired, a basic coffee bar setup can be arranged for a small fee, including a coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee/tea condiments, tea bags, and carafes. For more information about this option, please inquire with us.

Host rules
1. No smoking.
2. No drugs and/or alcohol.
3. No excessive noise or music.
4. Be respectful of others and businesses in the building.
5. Be respectful of the studio space.
6. Keep the studio clean.
7. Respect the equipment and furniture in the studio.
8. Use lighting, equipment, and furniture for its intended purposes only.
9. No removing the furniture or equipment from the studio.
10. Return all items to its original place when finished.
11. Do not stand on or use furniture or equipment as a ladder.
12. Do not drag furniture, equipment, or props on the floor to avoid damages.
13. No wandering in the building.
14. Children/minors must be attended to at all times.
15. No overnight stays.
16. No overage/extended time unless approved by management.
17. Be courtesy of other session. When completing your booking factor in set-up, tear-down, and clean-up.
18. You are only allowed to be in the studio for time booked.
19. No hanging or taping things on the walls, ceiling, or windows.
20. Return restroom keys to hook.
21. No open flame or fire.
22. Report any repairs, damages, or maintenance to management immediately. You are responsible for any damages.
23. No confetti or glitter in the studio.
24. Place all trash in the trash bins.

About The Studio at The Spot
The open floor plan of this space is located in an incredibly convenient area. It has recently undergone renovations, offering a fresh and updated environment.
The location is within walking distance of redline train stations. The highway can be reached with a 10-minute drive. While there's a parking garage a short walk away, there is also free street parking accessible. A handicap spot is conveniently available in front of the building, which itself is handicap accessible. Access to the studio can be facilitated using either the elevator or the stairs.
This versatile space serves a variety of purposes, including photoshoots, content creation, wedding proposals, meetings, podcast recordings, networking events, presentations, and workshops.
We kindly ask that you treat both the space and the equipment with respect during your usage. When you're finished, please ensure that the space is returned in a clean and orderly state.
