Guests will appreciate the convenience of two bathrooms available on-site.

Guests are expected to treat our space and its surroundings respectfully, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Please do not tape, tack, adhere or affix anything to the walls without explicit prior consent.
The back door is only for use IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. Please use the main entrance as a primary access point to enter and exit the space.
CLEAN-UP:
DISPOSE OF ALL TRASH IN SEALED TRASH BAGS.
EMPTY all clear fluids and liquids before putting them in trash bags.
DO NOT flush any food or grease down the toilet or our sinks.
If you opt for self-cleaning, please leave the space as you found it.
NOISE LEVELS:
Keep noise levels reasonable and in consideration of neighbors, especially during late hours. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
GUEST LIMIT:
Adhere to the guest limit specified in the booking.
NO-SMOKING:
Marijuana and cigarette smoking is strictly prohibited. The only approved smoking area is 20ft from the front entrance.
NO PETS:
Pets are not permitted in the space.
FOOD AND DRINK:
Outside food and drinks are allowed.
DAMAGES:
Any damages to the space, its contents, or equipment must be reported immediately. A $200 security deposit is required.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG USE:
Guests cannot serve themselves alcohol. You may use our Bassett Certified Bartender at $60/hour or provide your bartender. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
SAFETY:
Guests are responsible for the safety of their attendees. No bubble or fog machines or burning candles. An event floor plan must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your event. We encourage event insurance, typically available at about $75/event.
PARKING:
Street parking is available.
TIME MANAGEMENT:
When deciding how long to rent our space, please include setup, tear-down and clean-up time in your reservation request. Event start/end times are strictly enforced.

Welcome to Studio 928, conveniently nestled at 451 South Boulevard in the historic district of Oak Park, IL. Boasting ample parking and situated just two blocks from the Green Line stop, with Oak Park River Forest High School merely a block away, our location offers unparalleled accessibility.
Our versatile space spans 2600 square feet, providing the perfect backdrop for events of various sizes and types. With the capacity to host up to 70 guests seated or 90 for a cocktail reception, Studio 928 offers flexibility to accommodate your specific event needs. The studio features four moveable walls, allowing for easy segmentation of the space as desired, along with essential amenities such as two bathrooms and a spacious reception area spanning 900 square feet.
Equipped with a sound system, track lighting, and LCD welcome screens, Studio 928 ensures a seamless event experience. Additionally, our inventory includes chairs for up to 40 guests, twelve 6ft rectangular tables, and four 4ft rectangular tables. For added convenience and versatility, extras such as two high boys, two easels, and champagne buckets are also available. Whether you're hosting a corporate meeting, social gathering, or special celebration, Studio 928 provides the ideal venue for a memorable event.
