Rules of the space
1. No smoking is allowed inside the venue. We provide designated smoking areas outside the venue for your convenience.
2. We are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all our guests. Any behavior deemed unsafe, threatening, or offensive will not be tolerated.
3. Guests are expected to respect the venue's property and facilities. Any damages caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
4. The use of outside catering services is permitted.
5. We encourage our guests to have fun and enjoy the event, but excessive noise and disruption to surrounding areas must be avoided.
6. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 21 and above.
7. Any additional equipment brought into the venue must be pre-approved by our team, and any additional fees or charges will be assessed accordingly.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.
