Host rules
No smoking is allowed in the building.
We require that you book a minimum of 2 hours for weekday rentals (Monday-Friday before 5 pm).
A 50% deposit is due to secure your date and full payment is due 30 days prior to your event.
Set-up and clean-up must be included within your booked time.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
