Ascend a brief flight of stairs to the second floor, where easy street access awaits.
This versatile studio is tailor-made for a myriad of endeavors, from intimate photoshoots to dynamic workshops, documentary shoots, or serene meditation sessions. Whether hosting small meetings, wellness classes, or makeup trials, Vivid Oblivion provides an inviting backdrop for creativity to flourish.
Natural light floods the space from windows on three sides, complemented by diffusion blinds for precise light modulation. With most windows facing south, expect uninterrupted sunshine throughout the day, illuminating every moment with brilliance.
Convenient parking options abound on Hampshire Street, with both free and metered spots available. Please refrain from parking in nearby private lots to avoid towing.
While ambient noise from neighboring studios and the street softly permeates the atmosphere, please note that the space is not soundproof. Additionally, liability insurance with an "Additionally insured" waiver is mandatory for use.
Shared with a design studio, the pathway to the main studio necessitates a brief passage through the workspace. Rest assured, the designated area for your endeavors remains separate, ensuring privacy and focus throughout your time at Vivid Oblivion.
