The two spaces are perfect when used in conjunction with each other with many clients opting to host their ceremony and cocktail reception in Kitchen Chicago and their reception in City View Loft.

• Outside catering is not allowed
• All events must end by 1am
• Total event time is 10 hours (3 hours set up, 6 hours event, 1 hour breakdown)
• 50% deposit is due at contract signing
• No smoking inside the building
• You are required to provide your own insurance. We also require all of your vendors to provide a certificate of insurance. We require $2M general aggregate / $1M per occurrence including property damage. We recommend The Event Helper, eWed Insurance, or WedSafe.
