Host rules
-Set-up and clean-up must be included in the total rental time.
-All beverage service must comply with federal, state, and local laws. Alcoholic beverages cannot be served to under-aged guests at any time.
-No smoking, illegal substances, or dangerous conduct is permitted inside the building or on the rooftop.
-No ticketed events are allowed.
-The sale of alcohol is prohibited.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
