Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, there's plenty of space for groups of 10–45 people in a private, secure suite with easy access by keypad entry. Perfect for teams to get together, collaborate, and brainstorm in a friendly business casual environment.

The suite features big-screens for presentations, and a separate conference room, with wall-mounted monitors, for training, breakouts, or catering. Hi-speed internet, 6 iMacs + 2 HP all-in-ones for remote and hybrid connectivity are also included.

Happy to help with catering, organizing, stocking the space with Snacks/Sodas/Waters, and Coffee Service. Please message for details and a tour. There is a loading dock and prep kitchen, tables and chairs; easy access to electrical.

Host rules

All booking guests will receive Opening/Closing instructions and information prior to their event, which they acknowledge receiving, reading, agreeing.

All requests to remove or add furniture or equipment must be made 72 hours advance of the DOE. All set up must be completed or supervised by our staff.

Events that serve liquor must use a licensed and insured bartender. We will supply bartending service. Guests must approve a Pre-Event Planning Proposal prior to DOE.

Guests booking the space during business hours, please respect other building tenants ability to conduct their business with conduct and noise in space and hallway noise and elevator use.

No: Live music, smoking, preparation of foods, food warmers, sterno, propane, lit candles, open flames of any kind at any time.

Please treat the space, building, and the neighbors with respect.

** Please remember, your booking is an “in-the-door-to-out-the-door” booking, meaning it runs from pre-event set up to post-event clean up. Any time in the space exceeding the time booked, will be charged as overtime, at the regular rate.
