The staff was very friendly, and assisted in every inquiry I had. The venue was spacious, well lit, intimate. The music volume never felt drowned out. My event with off without a hitch. Gino, our DJ, was amazing. Sorry that I do not remember our karaoke and bartender's name, but they were great as well! Eddie and everyone lived up to the hype.
A little more communication on schedule of the food. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever.

The venue is just like the pictures. We were able to book the pool room and then migrate to their lower level. Matilde was very helpful in making sure we got everything we needed. Food and drinks were great as well. It was a very successful surprise party and everyone enjoyed themselves.
There was some miscommunication on what was being booked and happenings to the staff on site, but we were able to get everything situated. Staff was accommodating
