Everything was handled by Dandy Crown; The food, the drinks, the setup, the cleanup. Plus the existing festive ambiance required very little extra decor. The space was ideal, with the second floor having dedicated indoor and outdoor spaces for our birthday event. The staff was fantastic. From the planning stages through execution it was seamless. The bartenders changed a few times through the night, but it didn't stop the flow of delicious drinks. The food was ample and delicious. We were able to bring a speaker and play or own music and we played a slideshow on the huge tv. It was an ideal party space for our birthday event for 21 people.
All the food was intended for grazing and lap eating. The plates were tiny and could be larger. Our main dish was a beef tenderloin that was delicious. However it was served as huge slabs of carved beef. We had tiny plates and no knives. This is not a sit down dining venue, so cutting up meat was impossible. To eat it one had to munch on it like a neanderthal. Dandy reallllly needs to cut that dish in to bite size pieces! It was so wasteful and ended up going home with guests as leftovers! The space did not get bussed enough. Used plates and cups were scattered around for most of the night. There was no trash can provided. I will mention that we were lucky in that the weather was ideal for utilizing the outdoor deck - which was fantastic. However, I was disappointed when I toured the space because the photos online showed multiple conversation groupings when in actuality there is a pool table taking up the majority of the interior space (also, FYI, bring a cup of quarters as each game costs a buck). So, if you're limited to indoors, be aware.
