• Outside catering is not allowed
• All events must end by 1am
• Total event time is 10 hours (3 hours set up, 6 hours event, 1 hour breakdown)
• 50% deposit is due at contract signing
• No smoking inside the building
• You are required to provide your own insurance. We also require all of your vendors to provide a certificate of insurance. We require $2M general aggregate / $1M per occurrence including property damage. We recommend The Event Helper, eWed Insurance, or WedSafe.

Located directly below City View Loft, Kitchen Chicago offers a 3,400 square foot sunlit event space with a 400 square foot loft, bridal suite, cocktail area, and elevator access.
Every event at City View Loft and Kitchen Chicago is catered by our in-house caterer, LM Catering & Events, who expertly handles all food and beverage needs. The culinary team of experts at LM will work with you to build your menu using only the freshest and most seasonal ingredients!
