About Blair's Restaurant
Nestled in a neighborhood corner in Silverlake, Blair’s opened in 2002.
We use local ingredients and purveyors in Southern California. We make pasta and bread daily.
Marshall Blair and chefs, Juan Luis and Oscar Rivera head the hospitality team.
In 2016, we continued the same casual neighborhood vibe in Eagle Rock. We also have The Pottery Studio, where we make our plates and bowls to use for our meals.
