Host rules
Rental starts and ends at booked rental time.
Please be on time since the host sometimes just comes in for load-in only.
You have to be wrapped and cleaned up at the end of the rental period, or overtime will be charged. It's not a problem if you like to stay longer, just contact us to ensure the space is still available.
Naturally, there is a 15 min grace period before and after the rental to make it easier for guests and host if necessary.
Please leave the studio as clean as found at the beginning of your rental otherwise there will be a $50 clean-up fee.
No Smoking
Lighting equipment & Backdrops are not included in the rental price. Please inquire about availability before rental.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period

Most of all it is ideal for photo shoots (great natural light, perfect for Headshots! workshops, castings, still & video, showroom, and production space.
