Welcome to RoseWolff Studio, an expansive 10,000-square-foot New York-style loft warehouse in the heart of Los Angeles. Designed for maximum functionality, this massive studio is a premier choice for high-volume commercial productions, photo shoots, and sophisticated private events. The space offers two distinct environments: one side features a raw, industrial aesthetic with cement beams and direct views of the Downtown LA skyline, while the other offers a warmer, more intimate look with wood accents and exposed beams.

Flooded with natural light from windows spanning the walls, the studio is equipped with central air-conditioning, a dedicated makeup room, and two restrooms to ensure a comfortable flow for talent, crew, or guests. In addition to the interior, there is a private rooftop that offers another perspective of the city skyline, a great added amenity for outdoor shots or fresh air.

For seamless logistics, a street-level freight elevator provides direct loading access to our second-floor studio. Please note that while the elevator services the main studio, the rooftop is accessible via stairs only. Rates start at $175 per hour, with final pricing tailored to the specific scale, attendance, and technical requirements of your project or event.
