Recently renovated and privately owned, this studio offers top-quality facilities at an unbeatable price. We offer both hourly and full-day rates but book early to guarantee availability, as our studio is in high demand.
The venue boasts an array of 10ft seamless paper backdrops in various colors, available for use during your rental. LED lights and c-stands are also provided for the backdrops (Please check the backdrop rules before use). While the studio comfortably accommodates crews of up to 8 people, larger productions may find it a bit snug. A separate room is designated for hair and makeup, complete with a vanity station, and a kitchen is also available for use.
Plenty of street parking is available, with an additional 5 dedicated spots. Parking is also accessible from the back of the building, providing easy access to the studio.

- Consuming alcohol or any illegal substances will result in a $250 fine for each incident.
- Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in an extra charge.

Host rules
- No smoking in the building.
- No consuming alcohol or any illegal substances.
- Client/Renter must never leave the studio unlocked and/or unattended.
- Client/Renter is responsible for all equipment, facilities, amenities, and the studio itself during their stay. Any loss, damage, or theft of the aforementioned properties is the sole responsibility of the Client/Renter, and they will be charged for the amount of replacement/repair immediately.
Backdrop Rules - you have to use the following rules while using backdrop papers during your photo/video shoot.
- Photographers should wear plastic hairnets over their shoes while setting up lights and props on the backdrop
- Photographer please wipe your model(s) shoes before they step on the backdrop this will prevent dirt from showing up on the backdrop.
These steps are taken to prevent extended damage to the backdrops. We appreciate your consideration of following the above rules.

A stunning photography facility is situated in proximity to the Museum of Science and the University of Chicago. The shopfront location offers convenient access to both the Metra Train and CTA, providing easy transportation to downtown.
The expansive open space features a modern and sophisticated design, adaptable to various functions, including photography, film production, casting calls, and art exhibitions, as well as serving as a suitable environment for classes, rehearsals, and exclusive events. The facility is fully equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
