It's a spacious and comfortably chic year-round courtyard patio complete with fire pits and heaters for the cold Chicago winters, and it's enclosed and heated from November to May.
With so much space you can invite all of your friends and use the patio however you want! Birthday party, surprise party or maybe chill out and do some yoga, let yourself get creative!

Prices
For 2/3 of the patio, we ask for a $4000 food and beverage minimum, plus tax and 20% gratuity.
For the full patio, we ask for a $5000 food and beverage minimum, plus tax and 20% gratuity.

Nestled in a stand-alone, two-story vintage brick building, the interior combines bar space and lounging areas. The first floor features the main bar plus a fireplace lounge surrounded by mid-century modern, comfortable chairs and couches. In contrast, the second floor offers overflow and private party space with another full bar and rooftop patio deck
