Terms & Conditions

Reservation and Payment:

A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation.
Bookings will be cancelled within 24 hours if invalid credit card information is provided.

Check-In Procedure:

Upon check-in, a pre-authorization will be taken for the total cost of accommodation, plus an additional $100 per room of your stay.

Room Availability:

In the event of a double booking, the property reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard (if available).

Smoking Policy:

Our accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Smoking in the room will result in a cleaning fee of $250 to restore the room to its non-smoking status.

Damages and Cleaning:

Guests are responsible for any breakages, theft, or excess cleaning required during their stay, and such incidents may incur additional charges.

Early Departure:

Guests departing before the agreed check-out date will be charged for the full reservation.

Guest Responsibility:

Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. The property is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the stay.

Quiet Enjoyment:

We strive to provide a peaceful environment for all guests. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour may result in eviction without refund.

Pets:

With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed on the premises.

Force Majeure:

The property is not liable for failure to perform its obligations for any reason beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, and government restrictions.
