• Subiaco  is worth considering for workshops and flexible layouts. Subi Space on Hay Street for example, offers seven room configurations and free on-street parking from $69 per hour.
• East Perth and the airport corridor is convenient for attendees travelling between the city and Perth Airport. Hotel options can also work well for full-day meetings; ibis Styles East Perth lists a full day from $350.
• Welshpool, Cockburn Central and Innaloo  are useful when parking is a priority. Free on-site parking appeared more frequently in the rooms checked outside central Perth, with The Aspire Centre in Welshpool starting at $33 per hour.

Should you book a coworking space, a hotel meeting room or a serviced office?

Choose the venue type based on how long you are meeting and what you need on site. Coworking spaces and serviced-office boardrooms work well for short meetings, interviews and small team sessions, while hotels are better suited to full-day meetings that need catering, larger layouts or accommodation. What is included depends on the pricing model. For attendees using public transport, many CBD meeting rooms are clustered around St Georges Terrace and Hay Street, within walking distance of Perth Underground and Elizabeth Quay stations and the central CAT bus network.

Can you book by the hour, after hours or for recurring meetings?
