Jess and the team at Four Hundred were absolutely amazing, they made arranging our engagement party such a simple process. We originally booked the outdoor section of the venue but the weather on the day meant we had to move inside, which ended up being so much nicer and created a great atmosphere for the day. We can’t recommend Jess and the team at the Four Hundred enough, they made our engagement party so easy to plan on short notice and created such an amazing memorable engagement party for us. I had originally enquired about the Dale Library, but unfortunately the room was booked, so we reserved the Dale Loft for my sister's engagement party instead. The room was absolutely beautiful! Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to set up. We made use of the kitchenette, bathroom, speaker, extra tables and chairs. The room had the exact vibe we were looking for and accommodated 35 people perfectly. Dan and Kate were super accommodating and helped us move all our food, decorations and items from our car to the room. They explained everything clearly and responded to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. The guests had a great time and some even considered doing their own events here in the future!

Dave and the team were phenomenal! The communication in the lead up to the event was great, and made us comfortable knowing everything had been thought out. On the day, his team was attentive and great at communicating to us throughout the whole event. All of our guests loved the venue, the food, the drinks and the staff! We had our engagement party here in the outdoor area and couldn’t be more impressed! The staff were pleasant, helpful, and so lovely. Mel, who looked after us on the day, was absolutely fantastic—she really took the pressure off my partner and me, making everything run smoothly. The food was incredible, and the ‘Trust the Chef’ canapés were a perfect selection, with great inclusivity for our gluten-free guests. A huge thank you to Jess as well—her help in booking and organizing everything in the lead-up to our event was beyond amazing. Overall, this is a fantastic venue, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

Everything. This place is perfect in every sense of the word! Michael, the owner made the whole process so easy and seamless. The whole team was so accommodating for what my partner and I wanted. We celebrated our engagement party at Wilhelmina's and it was the most perfect night. From the little details all the way up to having food all night, amazing service and incredible flexibility. Also, the mushroom toasties are a game changer and if all else doesn't convince you to book your party here, the mushroom toasties will! Wilhelmina's will always be a special place for me! It was the perfect location for our 70 friend party. Thank you all so much!!!! I'd give this place 10 stars If I could.
