Our venue offers a unique ambience for gatherings, whether it's a lavish gala or an intimate get-together.
Please note that the hire includes a section of the observation deck suitable for up to 50 guests.
For events with more than 50 guests, an additional section is required.
Step into our stunning space and be captivated by the 360-degree views surrounding you. The floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the beauty of the Gold Coast as your backdrop. The sleek black carpeted flooring and ambient lighting create an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication.
With high ceilings, an elevated reception area, and comfortable seating, Level 77 is the perfect setting for any occasion.
Please be aware that as this is a public space, background music is already supplied on the deck.
Therefore, bringing your own music or separate entertainment is not permitted, nor is amplification for speeches.
Prices
- Should you not reach this spend, the difference will be classified as venue hire.
- Background music is already supplied on the deck, so your own music or separate entertainment is not permitted, nor is an amplification (microphone/speeches etc)
- Cocktail-style platters and canapes service only, no plated meals.
- Bar tab or beverage package is encouraged.
- You are welcome to bring your own decorations/stylist and your own cake.
- A cakeage fee will be charged if you would like to have this cut and served by our staff.
- Maximum of 50 people per section, anything over 50+ guests will require hiring another section. Minimum of 30 people.
- No admission is charged for functions on Level 77
- If a deck closure purchase occurs, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible. Minimum 1 month.
