About this space
It is a 2500 sq ft. downtown creative space where you can utilize the many sets we built. The sets: wax university, full metal jacket room, sunflower tunnel, graffiti tunnel, record room, jeffery manor tunnel, light tunnel, trap house set, led cube, pink/blue lounge, yellow/green lounge, orange tunnel, cloud tunnel set.
The entrance is on Los Angeles st. The code to the door is 1112. After you're through the door come up to the 3rd floor.
Our building elevator is open 24hrs (the is wheelchair accessible let the host know beforehand so they can help!)
Caution: we do allow smoking so please be cautious if you have any sensitivity to smoke of any kind.
Time: If you book our space please arrive a little bit earlier due to parking situation (although you can park in the lot for $10) and trying to find our door.
When your booking space is done please make sure to finish on time or else you will be charged a fee for the extra time.
Due to the practice of social distancing we are limiting the space to 10 people or less. We appreciate your cooperation. Anything more will be charged accordingly.
The space is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking includes full use of every section within our walls, including all essentials.

Props: Vs, lamps, school desks, chalk.
Like many areas be careful not to put the sound/music too loud.
Ps. One of the workers will be there to explain the space. (sometimes we are in there and sometimes we are not but we are close by if you need any help) we be sure to explain everything fully in the beginning of booking. Please keep in mind that sometimes we are in the space (but will give you your privacy) and sometimes not but close.

Host rules
Please inform us of the number of people in attendance so we can best accommodate. Do not exceed the maximum number of people (10).
Any violation of the following rules will result in cancellation/termination of booking.
No alcohol.
No roof access.
No illegal activity.
No wandering the halls.
Don't block the fire escape.
Any staining or damages to rugs - $60 fee.
No Glitter/Confetti, pigment, sand, powder, paint or any lose substance without first notifying us, and having a proper art dept in place. For any substances that require extra cleaning, we charge an added cleaning fee of $100.
There are security cameras in the space.
Any scuffs or marks that require repainting is $60 - $100 Fee.
Damages - You will be held accountable for any damages to the space/items & extra fees will be applied.
Injuries - We are not responsible for injuries. Please operate safely.
All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear-down time. Going over your scheduled booking.
During your booking a team member will be on-site in the studio office loft.
All ages are allowed in the space.
Production insurance is not required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
Props can be rearranged within the sets not removed from the building.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed.
