About this space
Our spacious studio offers 1200 sqft, lots of natural light and a skylight.
For Photo and Video productions, Cyclorama wall and backdrops available upon request along with decorative flats for photoshoots and events. The Cyclorama wall (16' width x 14' depth x 12' height) is prepped with an overhead grid rigging system as well as preset lighting that lights up the wall. The lights are Kino fixtures equipped with Quasar Crossfade 4ft tubes. The 12ft ceiling allows productions to easily rig any lighting system on the grid, and allows set designers to comfortably lift up their decorative flats.
The studio has a variety options of seamless colored paper. Colors are to be founded in the add ons section.
Prices
Events: $99/hour
Flat cleaning fee of $50 on every booking.

Host rules
- If cyclorama wall is used, a $50 re-painting fee will be charged.
- No smoking in the building.
- Equipment rental available. Any equipment paired with the booking receives 20% off.
- Tell us your GEAR LIST with PICK-UP / RETURN dates and we will send you a quote ASAP.
- Please look over the quote. If you need to make changes, please let us know what you need to ADD / REMOVE.
- *NOTE* A quote does not reserve the gear for you.

- If you are happy with the quote, please reply by email stating that you want to CONFIRM your rental. *NOTE* A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your rental.
- If a PREP is required, a scheduled appointment must be made.
- Additional charge for destroying equipment.
- Equipment including Media Cards are rented/leased without warranty, or guarantee, except as required by law or otherwise specifically agreed upon in writing by the parties at the inception.
- Hagop Studios, INC is not responsible for Media Card failures. Renter is solely responsible for storing and safeguarding images on media.
- You shall, at Your own expense, maintain at all times during the term of agreement, all risk perils property insurance.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
