The venue itself was great and service from the staff was good. Despite a large number of guests showing up later than expected the staff were accomodating and answered any questions we had.
The 'private room' was less of a room and more of a section of the club area. From the pictures and description I was under the impression we would have our own room in the venue and our own bar, however this was not the case. Staff had cordoned off a section of the downstairs club, which would have been fine anyway, but there were a large number of people entering our section who we had not invited and the section of the bar that was reserved just for our party was quickly over run with other guests again not apart of our party. This issue was eventually sorted after about an hour or two of attempting to speak to security/managers and whilst it didn't stop us having a good time it was just not what was expected of the venue.
The team was unbelievably helpful, friendly, well organised and had prepared exactly what we asked for. They were even helpful in assisting in last minute requests on the night. The venue is great, music not too loud but still a great atmosphere in our own space away from the rest of the bar. Excellent value for money and highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful team, arrived there with all set up in place, and minor issues were resolved quickly by the team, very on hand! Not to mention absolutely great service, super kind and very caring of the guests. Very glad I spent my birthday here, could not ask for a better time!
