The Feather's lounge was absolutely great. We hired it for a 50th Birthday party for my husband and had a brilliant time! The communication was excellent and the staff were all very helpful- especially Nadia on the day. We ordered a buffet for our guests and the food was delicious!

I recently booked The Feather's Lounge at The Prince of Wales for my mom's wedding celebration, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I had inquired about arriving early to decorate the venue, and they not only allowed us to do so but also went out of their way to make sure everything was set up just the way we wanted it. Their flexibility and willingness to work with us made the whole experience stress-free. The service we received throughout the event was excellent. The staff, including Lucy and Emily, were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. There was also a waiter whose name I unfortunately can't recall, but he was exceptionally helpful and played a significant role in making my mom and our family feel truly special. And let's not forget about the food. The menu at The Feather's Lounge was impressive, and the dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal, and it added to the overall joy of the celebration. I can wholeheartedly recommend The Feather's Lounge at The Prince of Wales to anyone looking for a fantastic venue and outstanding service. It's a place where you can create lasting memories, and the staff's dedication to making your event special is truly commendable. We had a company event at Gaucho Piccadilly. First of all, upon arrival everything was beautifully arranged/set up and an entire crew took care for all our wishes. I have to congratulate the team for being extremely professional, responsive, helpful, considerate and friendly! I rarely experienced a more beautiful and relaxing company event in a stunning location. The entire group was having a fantastic time and we will come back again. The food was very good - many guests noticed and appreciated it. The terrace was pleasant and a real plus on a cool summer evening. The Orangery room was a good size and well laid out by the staff for a party of 40 people. The staff were responsive and brought the food and drinks at the right time. The staff was flexible with various requests to make the evening a success.

Great roof terrace space, worked perfectly on a sunny evening for my party of around 35 guests. A lot of friends commented on the lovely food, we had pre-ordered sandwiches, chips and a selection of hot buffet food. All came out on time. We had the area outside from 6-10pm then all came inside where the other upstairs room was all ours til closing. Good selection of drinks at bar too including good craft beers and cocktails.

- Really good private space for large groups of people (30 people fit comfortably with a bit of room spare!) - The food was tasty (Buffet) and arrived at the time we asked - We had access to tea/coffee/water throughout the whole day and could serve ourselves

The bar management was very lovely and worked with us to help set up the place, move furniture etc. The staff were quick and diligent in serving people whilst remaining pleasant and fun even when the bar got a little bit hectic. The room was also very lovely and we had good feedback from the guests on it looking like a nice, open yet cosy place for a private party.
