The whole experience was really wonderful. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, even helping to set up the space. I was fortunate to have been offered a better space a few days before hand due to a cancellation. This was a game changer for the surprise and allowed for an even better evening. The food and drinks were very reasonable and served promptly. Everything was clean and modern.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming to everyone. The area that we had booked was big enough and the booking team were great at getting everything arranged for me. The bar staff were all friendly and I thought the value for money was fab as well considering other places I was considering were more than double the minimum spend! Overall great night celebrating my 30th!

Initially, a few of our guests had some skepticism about being in Milbank tower (didn't scream higher education where most of our attendees work) but as soon as they saw the venue they were blown away.
