Absolutely wonderful team, arrived there with all set up in place, and minor issues were resolved quickly by the team, very on hand! Not to mention absolutely great service, super kind and very caring of the guests. Very glad I spent my birthday here, could not ask for a better time!
Venue planner was great, venue staff really good, helpful and barman was great with guests and keeping on top of everything like ice etc. no complaints at all. Happy hour is great and kept costs manageable but still gave a special feel allowing guests free choice of drinks and cocktails.
Management of the venue, communication with Jin was exceptional. Staff at the venue attentive, any issues were swiftly dealt with. photobooth was perfect and everything was seamless in terms of set up and organisation of the event.
Service, venue, music, quality of drinks
Location Mayfair, having our own private space was nice as well, fair amount of songs. Marie-Anne who essentially made me feel like my event was not a complete fail and who was extremely accommodating.
The service was intelligent and attentive, thank you for making a potentially chaotic work do go very smoothly!
