Amazing space. We used it for a fitness event and it was perfect. Really good responses from the team, really helpful on the day and before, and so good that we could leave all our rubbish too straight into big bins. Looks lovely on camera too - amazing light!
Little bit dusty and dirty! We requested a good clean of the space but it was still covered in dust on the floors. A shame no tables aren’t included

Original exposed beams, cast iron red columns and exposed brick walls gives this space a unique feel that is particularly fitting for a warehouse filming location. With stunning brick walls, large industrial floor to ceiling windows, industrial beams, and wooden flooring throughout. Ideal blank canvas space and an exciting location for photoshoots. Original exposed beams, cast iron red columns and exposed brick walls give this space a unique feel that is particularly fitting for a warehouse filming location.
Minimum booking of 4 hours. Additional cost for before 8am and can open until 11pm and weekends, contact for specific quote. Please note the space is on second floor of the building with access via stairs only.
Low impact photoshoots/filming/events we can sometimes offer a discounted hourly rate and could be hired by hours. Please contact us for info.
