Calm, very quiet, good internet (wifi), friendly. I had an important meeting/presentation from there and it went without any issues.
Note the bonus point: it's not a cafe (there's no inner seating), more like a plant store, so the only customers are only for takeaway. Which means very quiet!
Also they allowed me to join 15min before my time to prepare :)
