Host rules
Your booking will give you access and exclusive use of the venue from 7PM to Midnight (last orders at 11.30PM).
You’re very welcome to bring your own food or catering, most guests either order food via Deliveroo/UberEats or bring snacks, please note we do not have a kitchen on site.
If you would like to bring a celebratory cake it is important to highlight, we do not allow fire of any kind in the venue, this includes sparklers and candles.
You are welcome to decorate the space, and play your own music from our Spotify account.
There’s outdoor seating and standing (with heaters) at the front of the venue. Please note that we ask guests to move indoors by 10.00PM.
Smoking will still be permitted after this time, but drinks cannot be taken outside after 10PM and we ask all guests to be mindful of noise to respect local residents.

On a hot day, the inside space is super hot, but as you have the outdoor space for most of the night, this really isn’t an issue!

I hired our the South Bermondsy venue, and I can't speak highly enough of it. Staff were super helpful, friendly and professional from start to finish. All of my guests commented on the venue and spoke highly of it. For anyone that's looking for a venue that isn't just your normal pub or bar, I would recommend Crol & Co South Bermondsy. It's got character, style and is reasonably priced.

Yes. DJs are welcome, but they must provide their own equipment, including a sound system.
No. The venue does not have a screen on site; an iPad or tablet may work just as well.
No, playing behind the bar is not possible due to space and health and safety concerns, as staff would be bumping into DJs throughout the night.
Yes, the venue has tall tables, but they are very tall and may be too high to DJ with comfortably.
