I had superb correspondence from the venue team. The venue itself is a little cracker! Perfect for celebrating my 30th and held 50 guests comfortably - great atmosphere , food and music . Enormous choice of yummy cocktails
Toilets - but arguably to expect nice loos on a London bar to be fair

The music would get very loud and even when I'd ask it to be turned down, the DJ would turn it up again. Made socialising and speeches very hard to hear.
The venue was great. Location was perfect, and the room was big enough to host 100 people without it being crowded. Drinks are good and cheap. I couldn’t bring my own music, but the live DJ was great as he played commercial dance, R&B and pop music that everyone enjoyed. Service was very good, as they had everything I needed (even helium to blow up my balloons)
Most of the staff was amazing, extremely helpful, and quite literally ready to do anything I needed for my party, even last minute. However, there were other members of staff who weren’t informed about the requests I had sent previously and thus that was a bit disorganised
