The quality of the venue
The security man who looked like Hagrid was a bully and rude to everyone There was not enough clarity on booking that no one under 18 was allowed in, in fact I told the person booking the party there would be teenagers. On the night they were rudely thrown out. Embarrassing and they had travelled a long way. This ruined the whole event.

We chose Dirty Martini to host our customer party. The size and atmosphere of cocktail cabinet for our group was perfect, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food and drinks were delicious. We would definitely consider this venue again for future events we'd like to host. Kyra-Marie from Tagvenue's team was brilliant in communicating and organising the event with the venue.
As we arrived at 5pm when the venue opened the welcome cocktails were still being made so the wait was a little longer than expected. Another issue was that the food had first come out without labels even though we had previously asked for them as we had a few vegetarians and vegans, but the staff soon corrected this once I asked. However, the taste of the food and drinks made up for it.
