at City Academy at 10 Herbal Hill
The studio is beautiful and had everything I needed. I went for a viewing a few weeks before I hired the studio and Andrea took so much time to show me around, explain everything and introduce me to the Academy as well as asking me about my needs on the day I hired the studio. I was provided with brand-new mats, a fantastic sound system and genuinely had everything I needed. I'm pleased with how well organised everything was and even had the duties first aider Na'eemah N'diaye coming in to offer me her help setting up the studio, the speaker, camera etc. Everyone in the Academy (Reception, Andrea, Na'eemah) was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed and safe. I would definitely recommend The City Academy to anyone! It's a fantastic price for the provided service quality and value in my opinion as I have done a lot of research on finding similar studios located in Central London!

This is long overdue but not only was the communication wonderful and the entire process very smooth, but the venue itself was an absolute dream. The staff are also lovely. The decor is cool and the private room is cosy but can fit a fair few people in it. The food and drinks were amazing, plus there was a great happy hour deal going on for the first hour of my party. We've since visited a few times and one of my friends enjoyed the venue so much that he booked his own birthday party there! We loved the venue so much we considered using it for our wedding reception...until Covid happened. If you have any hesitations, put them aside, I promise you'll have a fab time here!

All staff were amazing. From the Events team who helped plan the day to the staff that hosted us on the night. Nothing was ever to much, they always tried their best to give us want we wanted if they could.
The room was nice, clean and well equipped.
We had free parking right at front of the hotel.

Great intimate venue, good sound system, wonderful lighting and decoration so you don't need to decorate the room too much! Plenty of seating which doesn't impinge on the space and the room has its own private bathroom facilities. Thanks for a wonderful evening! My friends were all asking how I stumbled upon such a gem :)
