Amazing space for a corporate conference/event. Very well decorated, space for people to relax and work whilst listening to the content. Very informal feel which allowed for relaxed yet important conversations. The staff was amazing from start to end and helped with anything we needed on the day. Many guests commented on how great the venue was, too. We'll definitely go back!

We can host comfortably up to 210 people for a reception-style event.

Underwood Lofts are fully DDA compliant and located on the third floor of Underwood Works, with excellent public transport links.

Completely refurbished, the venue basks in natural light, with stylish decoration, state-of-the-art AV equipment and versatile set up possibilities.

You can rent the entire space or the New White Loft and the New Victorian Loft separately or with The Chalet.

Yes, rest room freely available.

The Palm Room is too small for events requiring room to move around, with a recommended maximum capacity of 70. The Galleria and Studio are the next larger options.

The minimum food and beverage cost is not applicable.

There are two lifts to the third floor, along with stairs for the energetic.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
