Unique and versatile loft space in Old Street, the Chalet at Lumiere Underwood is the perfect venue for your next business event and seminar. This stylish 684 sq ft space features high ceilings and soft seating, creating an inviting atmosphere for meetings, workshops, and team-building activities. The Chalet can be added to the hire of the adjacent New Victorian Loft and/or New White Loft for catering, break-out or corporate headshots and event interview filming.

This room is situated between the two lofts is our breakout area to be let in conjunction with The New Victorian Loft or The New White Loft (subject to first availability). Only on very rare occasions can the Chalet be rented separately.

Inspired by a Swiss Chalet, the room has high ceilings, original architectural designs, leather sofas, stylish furniture and abundant natural light. The Chalet is the deal backdrop for any film, TV and editorial photo shoot, capturing original visuals. The space is easily accessible via two passenger lifts and connect the adjacent New White Loft with the New Victorian Loft. Equipped with ultrafast WiFi, it is the ideal addition to either or both spaces for hybrid events or live streaming.
