The New White Loft is our bright, modern space in our award-winning Underwood Lofts located on the third floor of Underwood Works. Located near Old Street, the venue has excellent public transport links.
The White Loft can host comfortably up to 130 for a reception, 120 in theatre style and 90 in a cabaret style set up.
The Palm Room has been designed to provide a tranquil ambiance, decorated with calming colours and luscious plants for your team away days, strategy meetings or conferences.
It is located on the 2nd floor directly below the New White Loft.
The space basks in natural daylight and can comfortably host 120 people standing, 110 in a theatre-style setup, 90 in cabaret and 40 in a boardroom setup.
These two spaces work perfectly together to host consecutive activities, break-out discussions or as complimentary catering areas, the spaces are totally flexible depending on your event requirements.

We can host comfortably up to 210 people for a reception-style event.
Underwood Lofts are fully DDA compliant and located on the third floor of Underwood Works, with excellent public transport links.
Completely refurbished, the venue basks in natural light, with stylish decoration, state-of-the-art AV equipment and versatile set up possibilities.
You can rent the entire space or the New White Loft and the New Victorian Loft separately or with The Chalet.
