Eva was absolutely fantastic from our first engagement until the last. The facilities provided were fantastic and met the needs of the day beautifully. Her response time was second to none and nothing we asked for was too much. The complimentary upgrade provided due to the meeting type was a special touch and I have recommended this venue to my company for future meetings.

We hosted our event at Garden Room and everything was absolutely wonderful. Our manager, Eva, was incredible — incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. The service was smooth, the atmosphere was great, and the catering was exceptional — the food quality was truly impressive and exceeded our expectations. Overall, a fantastic experience for both the team and our guests!
The only minor issue was the coffee machine. With around 25 guests, it struggled to keep up — it often needed water, milk or a quick reset. Manager handled everything very quickly and efficiently, but for groups of 25+ guests, having at least two coffee machines would make the experience even smoother. Aside from that small point — everything was perfect! Also, our presentation clicker didn’t work, which was a bit disappointing for the speakers — but again, these are small details. Aside from that, everything was excellent!
