Very convenient location as it was so close to the station , very clean and very nice hotel . Staff were very friendly whenever we needed help or any question they were there to assist us . Managers were really nice and making sure all is goi g fine or if we need anything else . Over all a very good experience this was our first time to hire a hall for exhibition everything g went smoothly . Thank you

Great location by the tube. Lovely room, good bit of space (15 people, boardroom layout). Tech worked well, quick to sort out cables when clickshare was blocked by laptops. Really friendly helpful staff on hand to support, knew the set-up. Could get tea and coffee in the room from the bar area (we didn't have formal catering). Extra heating was available in the room (we didn't need it) Accessible access available
It wasn't a big issue in January, but wasn't really clear if we could have accessed the garden or how (doors were emergency only). Didn't ask about this, I'm sure they'd have helped though.
