It is located on the third floor, right next door to the more intimate Victorian Loft.

A unique, versatile warehouse loft space, with original features perfect for everything your imagination can muster.

Practically located in Old Street (Zone 1) the space is perfect for corporate events, product launches, celebratory dining experiences, fashion, photography and editorial.

Be amazed by the light from the windows or stunned by the atmospheric screening space when the windows are blacked out. With a range of unique and inspiring spaces and friendly technical support, Lumiere London has everything you will need under one roof for a successful event or launch.

With its blank canvas look, the venue is perfect for corporate events, conferences, seminars, board meetings, product and press launches, away days, PR days, creative workshops, Hackathons, hybrid events and streaming, networking, training, company drinks receptions, awards ceremonies and dinners, team building and VR activities, trade shows, corporate Christmas parties and dining experiences.

On request Lumiere can provide hybrid event productions, live streaming, VR activities, event photography and filming, corporate and event photography and filming. The space can used for commercial and non-commercial filming, videography and photo shoots and is ideal for advertising, short films, feature films, corporate and music videos and pop-up events, film screenings, festivals and fashion shows or can be an ideal Green Room.

Extremely versatile, the venue is perfect for private dining, wine tastings, banquets, Christmas and anniversary parties, corporate drinks receptions, wedding ceremonies, dry hire events, summer parties, away days, team activities, festivals and screenings, awards ceremonies.

About Lumiere London Old Street

Bronze Winner of 2021 London Venue & Catering Award as 'Most Unusual or Unique Venue', Underwood Lofts are separated into the New White Loft of 2,092 sq ft, the New Victorian Loft of 2,433 sq ft and a break-out area, The Chalet of 684 sq ft which connects both spaces.

We can host comfortably up to 210 people for a reception-style event.

Underwood Lofts are fully DDA compliant and located on the third floor of Underwood Works, with excellent public transport links.

Completely refurbished, the venue basks in natural light, with stylish decoration, state-of-the-art AV equipment and versatile set up possibilities.

You can rent the entire space or the New White Loft and the New Victorian Loft separately or with The Chalet.
