The venue is great and the on the day staff are extremly friendly and helpful.
This was one of the most stressful venues I have worked with, honestly. There were a number of additional costs that came up along the way, and flexibility often had to be pushed for. On the day of the event, our DJ was asked to provide insurance and was required to purchase it on the spot, which had not been requested in advance - very unfair. The team were also quite firm that a sound engineer was mandatory, despite our pushback, only for one not to be provided on the day anyway. It’s a shame, as I genuinely loved the venue itself, but the experience could have been much smoother with clearer communication and a more accommodating approach from the outset.

We hosted our 2025 Summer Party at Riverside East Bar & Terrace and it was an absolutely gorgeous venue. The entire experience exceeded expectations from beginning to end.
Communication with Caroline and Cian was seamless. They were both incredibly supportive, responsive, and thoughtful in ensuring everything ran smoothly.
On the night, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff, from the bar team to security and floor staff, was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Their presence added to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
The venue itself is beautiful. The interior is clean, stylish, and well laid out, and the location is perfect. Everything flowed effortlessly and there were no issues at all.
The DJ provided by the venue was excellent. She took our brief and delivered the perfect vibe throughout the night. The food was another standout - there was plenty of variety and it received great feedback from everyone.
Overall, the feedback from our team has been overwhelmingly positive. We’re already thinking about making Riverside East our regular venue for future summer parties.
If you’re unsure, I would definitely recommend going with Riverside East. It’s worth the investment, the quality is brilliant, and the team behind it all are truly a pleasure to work with.
