About this space
The grand hall, Factory Studio is bathed in natural light from 5 massive skylights. A vast honeycomb aged wood bow-truss ceiling adds to the warm glow and spectacular visuals. Sand blasted aged brick walls and a 20ft high hedge wall add to the texture and intrigue. All floors are polished with a warm gloss finish that sends light dancing throughout our venue.
Ideal for photography, the Assembly Studio combines multiple textured walls with backdrop frames for alternative scenarios. Create a unique moment in this semi-enclosed space.
The 20 car gated lot in the back of VOX Productions creates easy access for services,. a kitchen build out, an outdoor guest lounge area, as well as easy load in and load out. Guest parking is arranged in advance with various private parking lots within 500 ft of our building.
Vintage Lounge, formally home to VOX Productions' equipment, has been renovated to include new chicken wire glass windows, new black laminate glass roll up doors, new wood siding, vintage light fixtures, lounge furniture and a pool table. Our Vintage Lounge sits directly between our Outdoor Patio and Main Factory Studio perfect for cocktail hours and parties of any kind!

About L.A. River Studios
LA River Studios is 15,000 square feet of event space with 7 different areas to activate at your desire. It truly is a blank canvas that allows you to come in and create the design, vibe and event of your choosing. Venue fees are attached and we allow you to have access to the space for 12 hours on your event day. This would include time to set up (2 hours required), break down (2 hours required), and event time. It also includes (15) 72 inch round tables, 150 black padded folding chairs, 8 rustic cocktail tables, and 4 reclaimed wood bars and back bars.
You are welcome to bring in any vendor you like as long as we have a certificate of insurance on file. The only vendor we require you to work with is VOX Productions who is the exclusive production partner in our space. VOX provides a/v, staging, lighting and audio services. LARS does not own a liquor license so you can BYOB as long as you contract with a licensed and insured bar staffing company.
Lastly we do require our clients to hire an event planner (we recommend a minimum of a month of) to help coordinate with your vendors and the venue, and we have a preferred vendor list we can offer upon request!
Our studio is suitable for any kind of events.
