A bright and adaptable room; perfect for smaller meetings, serving refreshments and food with direct hatch access to the catering-grade kitchen.

Two double doors open into the Large Hall to create a very versatile space when booked together. Parquet flooring, acoustic panels, and an audio system make this a beautiful and practical hall, which can accommodate 30 people or provide a quieter space for food or refreshments when booked together with the large hall.
Prices
The small hall usually would be let with the large hall on Friday evenings and Saturdays as it's tricky having two events in adjacent rooms. Maximum seating capacity for both rooms combined is 120 as food would usually be laid out in the small hall if the large hall is arranged for dining.

Host rules
We don't hire on a Sunday as we are doing church stuff! Regret that teenage parties are not permitted. Loud music needs to be turned off from 10.30pm and all out by 11pm to respect the neighbours. We are OK with alcohol being brought and consumed on the premises, you'd need to apply for a licence to sell alcohol.
Our venue is very popular on Saturday afternoons and evenings so you'd need to book early - we do occasionally have short notice cancellations.
Compliance with our fire safety and safeguarding policies are included within out terms, thanks
We ask hirers to arrange their own setting up and clearing down so the halls are left as found. you'd need to take away your own rubbish too please as we don't have facilities on site.
