Host rules

We don't hire on a Sunday as we are doing church stuff! Regret that teenage parties are not permitted. Loud music needs to be turned off from 10.30pm and all out by 11pm to respect the neighbours. We are OK with alcohol being brought and consumed on the premises, you'd need to apply for a licence to sell alcohol.

Our venue is very popular on Saturday afternoons and evenings so you'd need to book early - we do occasionally have short notice cancellations.

Compliance with our fire safety and safeguarding policies are included within out terms, thanks

We ask hirers to arrange their own setting up and clearing down so the halls are left as found. you'd need to take away your own rubbish too please as we don't have facilities on site.

The space was ideal for a cosy, home feeling for our gathering. I was offered additional heaters to add to the room as the day was absolutely freezing! We had use of the kitchen and everything was in good condition. Sue was very helpful from the beginning, and Pat was so lovely and helpful on the day itself.
There was some miscommunication between different members of the church team, which caused confusion and stress on my part (wrong date on the contract at first, and the person opening up for me being told I had booked a different room). However, they were good about trying to sort things and it all worked out in the end.
