About this space

A fresh, modern venue perfect for small-scale events, meetings, and smallish parties! Formerly a shop, it features a bright display window where you can showcase/publicise your event, or you can shield your gathering with cosy curtains.

It is ideal for gender reveals, dinners, meetings, workshops, baby showers, training courses, art exhibitions, etc. Our ground-floor Display room and the Lower Studio are always hired together, so for one hourly price get both areas. No extra fees for any food and/or drinks which you want to bring. Maximum: 30 chairs or 50 people standing. Venue includes a small kitchen. Events in our venue are self-managed, meaning you're in complete control.

Note: The availability calendar on this website is not the whole story. Be aware that we are in a residential area, so no loud noise after 11 pm. The quoted room hire fees do not include a separate, temporary damage/disturbance Bond which will be charged in addition, and returned afterwards if all goes well. Which usually it does!

We are located in London SW16 1NS in the Furzedown part of Tooting, in Wandsworth borough, and also near Streatham. Free parking outside and various transport options nearby.

Hire fee is per hour. You must include your set up until clear away/depart times, but we don't charge extra for any food or drink you decide to bring. Be aware that everything you bring, you must clear and take away at the end including all waste bags. We are a small venue and no outside bins are permitted at the front, so nothing can be left inside or nearby.
