Host rules

We don't hire on a Sunday as we are doing church stuff! Regret that teenage parties are not permitted. Loud music needs to be turned off from 10.30pm and all out by 11pm to respect the neighbours. We are OK with alcohol being brought and consumed on the premises, you'd need to apply for a licence to sell alcohol.

Our venue is very popular on Saturday afternoons and evenings so you'd need to book early - we do occasionally have short notice cancellations.

Compliance with our fire safety and safeguarding policies are included within out terms, thanks

We ask hirers to arrange their own setting up and clearing down so the halls are left as found. you'd need to take away your own rubbish too please as we don't have facilities on site.

Sue was great, even made me a coffee when I arrived. I cannot fault my experience at all and will definitely rebook if I'm in the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, had everything I needed and more. Thank you Sue !!
